If you want enable jailshell access for new accounts hosted under your reseller hosting account then you need to follow following procedure. Log in to your WHM click on Account functions, click on manage shell access, now you will have to click on enable normal shell or enable jailed shell. You can also follow same procedure if you want to disable jailed shell for particular account. You also have an option for enabling jailed access for all hosting accounts under your reseller account.
About Jailshell : It a secure shell access provided to your clients that allows clients to logon to your server via SSH, You should always take care while you providing this jailshell access to your server as it’s likely possible to breakout of the jailshell.
